So you want more time and being able to use it more effectively
As you'll know having more time would involve changing the laws of physics or living forever, so it's the second thing you can hope for - using the time you have more effectively.
With that in mind, the trap most people fall into here is to work FASTER or for LONGER but neither of those is likely to help you much in the longer term. The "secret" is to DO DIFFERENT THINGS. That in turn means stopping doing some things, to give you the time to start doing the new things.
And the trap in there is that it'll feel all wrong when you try it - because the things you do seem to be natural, right, and unavoidable for you. They are a manifestation of who you are. You feel that to stop doing them is wrong, and will bring down dreadful things.
Of course, you have to do it intelligently, or it will - but there's a line to walk in there. Be careful, but don't be timid. If you keep doing what you've always done, you'll keep getting what you've always had.
Do the big things first, and, if you have to, watch the chaos build. For the things which burden you each day, can you:
- DECIMATE (simply stop doing them entirely)
- DELEGATE (give the to their rightful or more appropriate owner)
- AUTOMATE (Use IT or whatever, to lift the load)
Good luck!
